CivX Defense stands by the products it assembles and sells.
Product Warranty
Civilian Defender Lights come with a complete click-to-crown warranty for 24 months from date of purchase. This warranty is not assignable and nontransferable. If it breaks, it will be replaced. That’s it.
Warranty Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping any warranty/return item(s) back to CivX Defense as part of an agreed warranty/return service, and CivX Defense will cover any shipping for warranty service back to the customer.
Returns Policy
New products can be returned within 7 days of purchase so long as they have remained unopened and unused, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please take note that any initial shipping cost of a returned order will not be a factor of a refund.
Discontinued Products
Any warranty service for a discontinued offering will be replaced with a similar or current offering.
Important Notices
Any items shipped back to CivX Defense without approval are subject to forfeiture.
All warranty and return requests must be coordinated with CivX Defense prior to shipping.
Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

CivX Defense assumes no liability for misuse of any product.
